Super Bowl Mexican Dip Recipe
Ingredients:
1 can (15 1/2 oz) refried beans
1 tbs chili powder
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3 green onions, sliced
1/3 cup sliced black olives
1 tomato, chopped
Directions:
Combine beans, chili powder and cumin. Spread onto bottom of 9 inch pie pan.
Top with layers of remaining ingredients.
Cool in refrigerator several hours or until chilled. Serve with tortilla chips.
Makes: 4 cups or 32 servings, 2 tbs per serving.
