Low Cal Banana Milk Shake


Ingredients:

1 large ripe, firm banana
1 cup skim milk
Non-calorie sweetener equal to 2 tbsp sugar
Dash of nutmeg

Directions:

1. Peel banana and slice into large chunks. Freeze.

2. When frozen, combine in blender with 1 cup skim milk,
non-calorie sweetener equal to 2 tablespoons sugar and
dash of nutmeg.

3. Blend just until mixture is thick and frosty. Serve immediately.

Makes 1 serving
