INGREDIENTS

1 1/4 lbs fresh shredded cabbage
1 fresh carrot, peeled and
cut into 1/2 inch pieces

4 oz seedless raisins
1 medium apple, cored and diced
1/4 cup sunflower seed kernels, oil roasted unsalted
3/4 cup mayonnaise

DIRECTIONS

1. In a large bowl combine cabbage, carrots, apples,
raisins and sunflower seeds. Toss to mix

2. Add mayonnaise and toss to coat

3. Cover and chill at least 2 hours before serving
