Ingredients:
3 cups cooked noodles
1 1/2 cups 2% fat cottage cheese
2 tsp dried onion
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp salt
3 oz shredded low fat cheddar cheese
1 clove minced garlic
1 lb crab meat

Directions:

1. Mix all ingredients except Cheddar cheese. Place in 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Top with cheese.
2. Bake at 325 degrees F for 40 minutes.

8 servings per pan - 4.5 points per serving
