4 (6 oz) salmon fillets, 1 inch thick
1 1/2 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
1/2 tsp Kosher salt
1/8 tsp ground black pepper
4 lemon wedges
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. Place fish on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray;
lightly coat fish with cooking spray.
3. Bake for 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested
with a fork or until a desired degree of doneness.
